Metal Medic 7155 Liquid Iron Phosphate is especially formulated for
cleaning and phosphate coating iron, steel, zinc, and aluminum in immersion
tanks, spray washers, and through steam guns. This product puts
a chemical coating on metals, a uniform layer of phosphate crystals,
providing excellent paint adhesion and resistance to corrosion. The phosphate
coating, interlocked with the metal surface, wards off moisture, chemical
fumes, air, local electrical currents, friction (all conditions that
contribute to the breakdown and corrosion of metals). Metal Medic
7155 is an excellent product to phosphate coat large cumbersome parts
with a steam gun (those too large to process through a dip tank or spray
washer). |

cleaning system incorporated. It gives excellent color on ferrous metal.
It is normally used in a three-stage spray washer, but also works well
in dip operations. Its coating weighs 40 to 100 milligrams per square
